Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPRYD7P1, RNA5SP405, and MIR1224. Each is linked with SCG5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCG5-to-partner and partner-to-SCG5 results are reported.
