SCG3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCG3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,405 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NPDC1, DNAJC6, and SLC8A2. Each is linked with SCG3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCG3-to-partner and partner-to-SCG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCG3 versus NPDC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
