SCG3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCG3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,527 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCG3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRIM1, DNAJC9, and GPN3. Each is linked with SCG3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCG3-to-partner and partner-to-SCG3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRIM1 grouped by SCG3-low versus SCG3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCG3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCG3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
