SCFD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCFD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,967 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCFD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATL2, SRP54, and EAPP. Each is linked with SCFD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCFD1-to-partner and partner-to-SCFD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCFD1 versus ATL2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
