SCFD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCFD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 976 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCFD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX14, KRTAP4-11, and OR7G1. Each is linked with SCFD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCFD1-to-partner and partner-to-SCFD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SOX14 grouped by SCFD1-low versus SCFD1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCFD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCFD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
