SCD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,452 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCD5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HTATIP2, FARP1, and PEAK1. Each is linked with SCD5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCD5-to-partner and partner-to-SCD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCD5 versus HTATIP2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
