Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCD5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,643 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCD5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP295, CSTF2, and CDR2L. Each is linked with SCD5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCD5-to-partner and partner-to-SCD5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP295 grouped by SCD5-low versus SCD5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
