SCAT8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAT8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,137 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAT8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZEB1, ACSL3, and PSME4. Each is linked with SCAT8 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAT8-to-partner and partner-to-SCAT8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAT8 versus ZEB1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAT8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAT8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
