SCAT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,276 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TOP2A, MDC1, and PARP1. Each is linked with SCAT2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAT2-to-partner and partner-to-SCAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAT2 versus TOP2A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
