SCARNA11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARNA11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,333 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARNA11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPA3, CHCHD3_S50, and MSR1. Each is linked with SCARNA11 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARNA11-to-partner and partner-to-SCARNA11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCARNA11 versus RPA3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.22.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARNA11→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARNA11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
