Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SCARNA11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SCARNA11 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher SCARNA11 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SCARNA11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and PAAD show a favorable association.

LIHC, LAML, and DLBC are the cancer types where SCARNA11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
