Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,052 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCARB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MANBA, VRK1, and TOPBP1. Each is linked with SCARB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARB2-to-partner and partner-to-SCARB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCARB2 versus MANBA in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
