Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCARB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, EGFR_pY1068, and ERK2. Each is linked with SCARB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARB1-to-partner and partner-to-SCARB1 results are reported.
