Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCARB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCARB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OPALIN, KIR2DL3, and CLRN2. Each is linked with SCARB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARB1-to-partner and partner-to-SCARB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OPALIN grouped by SCARB1-low versus SCARB1-high in SKIN.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
