SCARA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCARA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCARA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are KHDC3L, KHDRBS2, and KRTAP4-6. Each is linked with SCARA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCARA5-to-partner and partner-to-SCARA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KHDC3L grouped by SCARA5-low versus SCARA5-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCARA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCARA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
