SCAND1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAND1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,828 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAND1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITCH, RPRD1B_S134, and RTF2. Each is linked with SCAND1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAND1-to-partner and partner-to-SCAND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAND1 versus ITCH in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
