SCAND1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAND1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,077 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BCAT1, PRSS23, and ACSL1. Each is linked with SCAND1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAND1-to-partner and partner-to-SCAND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAND1 versus BCAT1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
