SCAND1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAND1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 73 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAND1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATG4AP1, LINC02727, and COX6A1P3. Each is linked with SCAND1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAND1-to-partner and partner-to-SCAND1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATG4AP1 grouped by SCAND1-low versus SCAND1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAND1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAND1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
