Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAMP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,685 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAMP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are H2AC14, GTSE1-DT, and C16orf95. Each is linked with SCAMP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP5-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP5 results are reported.
