SCAMP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,190 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAMP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTMR10, RBM47, and SMAD3. Each is linked with SCAMP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP2-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAMP2 versus MTMR10 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
