Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAMP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,042 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCAMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NDRG4, RILP, and KIF3C. Each is linked with SCAMP2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP2-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAMP2 versus NDRG4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAMP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAMP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
