Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAMP2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAMP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ naive T-cells, CD8+ Tcm, and lymphatic Endothelial cells. Each is linked with SCAMP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP2-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP2 results are reported.
