Across TCGA cell cohorts, SCAMP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,222 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAMP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein localization to plasma membrane, Endosomal transport, and Positive regulation of protein localization to cell periphery. Each is linked with SCAMP2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP2-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP2 results are reported.
