Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAMP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,734 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SCAMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNF14, MRPS27, and SKP1. Each is linked with SCAMP1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAMP1-to-partner and partner-to-SCAMP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAMP1 versus RNF14 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
