SCAI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,922 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BRD3, TRIM28, and MEN1. Each is linked with SCAI in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAI-to-partner and partner-to-SCAI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAI versus BRD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
