SCAI

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,962 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAI-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF627, MLKL, and STRBP. Each is linked with SCAI in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAI-to-partner and partner-to-SCAI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SCAI versus ZNF627 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SCAI→partner) and Y-score (partner→SCAI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
