Across TCGA patient cohorts, SCAF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,026 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SCAF11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, ARID2, and SCAF11_S338. Each is linked with SCAF11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SCAF11-to-partner and partner-to-SCAF11 results are reported.
