SBSN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SBSN RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,868 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBSN-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL11, RAB11FIP5, and SERPINB7. Each is linked with SBSN in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBSN-to-partner and partner-to-SBSN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SBSN→partner) and Y-score (partner→SBSN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
