Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SBNO2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SBNO2 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher SBNO2 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SBNO2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA show a favorable association.
ACC, BRCA, and UVM are the cancer types where SBNO2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
