SBNO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SBNO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,193 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBNO2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITGAM, NCF4, and LCP1_S257. Each is linked with SBNO2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBNO2-to-partner and partner-to-SBNO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SBNO2 versus ITGAM in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SBNO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SBNO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
