Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SBNO2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,079 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SBNO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COL26A1, MIR3691, and STS. Each is linked with SBNO2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBNO2-to-partner and partner-to-SBNO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SBNO2 versus COL26A1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SBNO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SBNO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
