Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SBNO2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,017 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SBNO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL4, KLHL18, and VPS53. Each is linked with SBNO2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBNO2-to-partner and partner-to-SBNO2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL4 grouped by SBNO2-low versus SBNO2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SBNO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SBNO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
