Across TCGA cell cohorts, SBNO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,052 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBNO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CSNK1G2, ZBTB7A, and PIP5K1C. Each is linked with SBNO2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBNO2-to-partner and partner-to-SBNO2 results are reported.
