Across TCGA cell cohorts, SBNO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,760 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBNO2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to dehydroepiandrosterone, Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, and Canonical NF-kappaB signal transduction. Each is linked with SBNO2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBNO2-to-partner and partner-to-SBNO2 results are reported.
