Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SBK2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SBK2 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher SBK2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SBK2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SCLC show a favorable association.
BLCA, PAAD, and LGG are the cancer types where SBK2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
