Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SBK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 109 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SBK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP46, PAFAH1B2P1, and PGAM1P1. Each is linked with SBK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBK2-to-partner and partner-to-SBK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SBK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SBK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
