SBF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SBF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,269 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SEC11C, SPCS3, and CD74. Each is linked with SBF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBF2-to-partner and partner-to-SBF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SBF2 versus SEC11C in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.25.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SBF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SBF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
