Across TCGA cell cohorts, SBF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,125 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Golgi vesicle transport, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with SBF2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBF2-to-partner and partner-to-SBF2 results are reported.
