Across TCGA patient cohorts, SBF2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,786 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SBF2-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02709, FBXO3, and BTBD10. Each is linked with SBF2-AS1 in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBF2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SBF2-AS1 results are reported.
