Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SBF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,359 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SBF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are THAP9-AS1, GAN, and CMC2. Each is linked with SBF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SBF1-to-partner and partner-to-SBF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, THAP9-AS1 grouped by SBF1-low versus SBF1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SBF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SBF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
