SAYSD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAYSD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,787 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAYSD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CMTR1, GNL1, and NUP153. Each is linked with SAYSD1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAYSD1-to-partner and partner-to-SAYSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAYSD1 versus CMTR1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAYSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAYSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
