Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 157 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6ATAC30P, MIR1237, and FAM32EP. Each is linked with SAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAT2-to-partner and partner-to-SAT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6ATAC30P grouped by SAT2-low versus SAT2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
