SAT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAT1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p27_pT198, Shc_pY317, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with SAT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAT1-to-partner and partner-to-SAT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p27_pT198 grouped by SAT1-low versus SAT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
