Across TCGA cell cohorts, SASS6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,924 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SASS6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication, DNA-templated DNA replication, and Regulation of centriole replication. Each is linked with SASS6 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SASS6-to-partner and partner-to-SASS6 results are reported.
