SASH3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SASH3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,260 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SASH3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD114-28, RPL6P29, and MIR5582. Each is linked with SASH3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SASH3-to-partner and partner-to-SASH3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD114-28 grouped by SASH3-low versus SASH3-high in THCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SASH3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SASH3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
