Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SART1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,773 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SART1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPP40, WDR74, and CCDC58. Each is linked with SART1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SART1-to-partner and partner-to-SART1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SART1 versus RPP40 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.25.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SART1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SART1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
