Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SARDH mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SARDH data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SARDH mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SARDH expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and CCRCC show a favorable association.

HNSC, UCEC, and PDAC are the cancer types where SARDH mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
