SARDH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SARDH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,496 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SARDH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFATC2, EVL, and LRPPRC. Each is linked with SARDH in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARDH-to-partner and partner-to-SARDH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SARDH versus NFATC2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SARDH→partner) and Y-score (partner→SARDH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
