Across TCGA patient cohorts, SARDH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,009 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SARDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are BUB3, DONSON, and CYB5R4. Each is linked with SARDH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARDH-to-partner and partner-to-SARDH results are reported.
