Across TCGA patient cohorts, SARDH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SARDH-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, eIF4E, and Snail. Each is linked with SARDH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARDH-to-partner and partner-to-SARDH results are reported.
